We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional, always willing to help us with any questions or needs we had during our trip. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to a lot of shopping areas and tourist attractions. the complimentary shuttle service was a great perk that saved us both time and money during our visit.
We did experience some technical difficulties with the Wi-Fi during our stay, which caused us some inconvenience. while the hotel had a decent restaurant, we found that the food was a bit overpriced for the quality that we received.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location in Suzhou Industrial Park was perfect for us, and we loved how convenient it was to have amenities like a coffee bar right in the same building.
